Booking and Cancellation Policy

My online booking system is managed by Fresha.com whose processes and systems are compliant with GDPR.

 

When you click the ‘Book Now’ Button you will be redirected away from my website to a third-Party website which is not associated with Wix.com. You will be able to register with Fresha.com to place your online booking.  I currently do not ask for upfront booking fees to secure your booking.  Payment for your booking and any additional services will be required at the end of your appointment.

To help me support every client in the most efficient way possible I kindly appreciate 24 hours notice of a booking cancellation. I don’t charge for cancellations that do not give timely notice as I understand that there are most often good reasons for cancellations. I do however reserve the right to change my advance booking fee position or introduce a cancellation fee should a client regularly cancel or no-show without giving fair and reasonable notice.
