Massage has existed in one form or another since early civilization.  The sense of touch is one of the first to be developed and is essential to our growth as human beings. Massage at Ethical Boutique is adapted to suit you as an individual and how you are feeling when you visit for your treatment. It can be soothing, warming and relaxing or you may need a firmer more stimulating deep tissue massage to focus on specific areas of tension. My aim is to help you feel nurtured and cared for. I use a blend of Rhythmic Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and Lymphatic Drainage Massage techniques.

Aromaflexology is a specialised technique developed by expert Reflexologist and Aromatherapist Shirley Price. She developed the treatment using foot massage and the non-invasive techniques of reflexology combined with the natural benefits of aromatic essences. The massage uses an organic moisturising base cream, aromatic balm or nurturing oil into which essential oils are blended specifically to support your individual wellbeing to help bring about balance and improved health. The treatment can support relief from stresses, aches and pains, revitalization of energy, improved sleep quality and helps to restore a gentle balance of mind, body and soul. A beautiful ultra-relaxing Foot Massage Treatment combined with Aromatherapy and Reflexology.

As an Aromatherapist I use blends of essential oils in my massages to add a therapeutic touch. The use of essential oils is so much more than just for their wonderful aromas. The aroma, constituents and energy of each oil is unique and by blending oils together they create a synergy that can support both your physical wellbeing and your emotional balance in the most holistic way.
