Returns & Product Order Cancellations Policy
This Returns Policy explains what I offer my customers for returned products in addition to my customers’ legal rights. Some of these legal rights are also summarised below. For detailed information on legal rights, you can contact Citizens Advice at www.citizensadvice.org.uk or call 0808 223 1133.
This Returns Policy covers one-time purchases.
Returning a product
Hopefully you won't want to return our products, but if you change your mind, please kindly re-package your return with a note including your name and order number, and send it within 30 days from receipt to:

I can only process refunds for returned products that arrive in a re-saleable condition. Please help me to ensure you qualify for a full refund by:
✓ checking the safety seal on the product is intact
✓ ensuring the product is well packaged
✓ obtaining proof of postage
I recommend using a trackable service on all returns. I don’t cover postage costs where you have changed your mind about the purchase.
Your legal rights
If there’s a problem with your order, for example, if it has been damaged in transit, you will need to return it to us within 30 days from receipt to receive a refund or replacement. Please contact us by email at ethicalboutique@outlook.com or through the chat feature on the website to let us know about the problem and we’ll give you instructions for what to do next. Please make sure to include your order number when contacting us.
Your statutory right to withdraw an offer to buy our products is lost as soon as your order is successfully placed with me, as I may begin to fulfil the order within minutes of receiving it.
You also have a statutory right to cancel an order if you change your mind within 14 days from when you, or someone you nominate, has received our products.
To meet the statutory cancellation deadline, the minimum you need to do is to let me know you’ve decided to cancel, however, you need to return the products within 14 days from when you told me you want to cancel. You will need to pay for the return postage and I strongly suggest you use a signed for option, as I can't issue a refund until I receive the goods, or you send me proof of postage.
How long it takes to receive a refund
As soon as I receive your order back to my home studio address, I check it and then issue you with a refund on to your original payment card. I may deduct from the refund any loss in value of the products due to unnecessary handling by you. Please allow 14 days for returns to be processed. Once refunded, transactions can take 5-10 working days to clear through your bank.

E-Gift Cards
E-Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from date of purchase
E-Gift Cards are Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
If you purchased the E-Gift Card by mistake - please contact me so that I can resolve this with you
Redemption:
E-Gift Cards and Physcial Gift Cards maybe used for multiple purchases until the balance is used up or the card expires.
If a purchase exceeds the card's balance, the remaining amount may be paid by another method.
Balance:
No cash change is given for the unused portion of a Gift Card.
The remaining balance may be carried over to the next purchase.
Liability
I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged physical Gift Cards. I do have a record of unused E-Gift Cards so I can locate this information and in event of loss of the E-Gift Card details I shall help in every possible way.
Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or used to purchase other gift cards.
I may refuse to accept a card if I suspect fraud.

Booking and Booking Services Cancellation Policy​​
Most bookings are placed directly with me. I have an optional online booking system which is hosted by Wix.xom.
Since 6th October I now offer Online Booking hosted by Wix.com. I include a 'Request to Book Online button' on my website. I currently do not ask for upfront booking fees to secure your booking as I have to approve each booking when i receive a request. Payment for your booking and any additional services will be required at the end of your appointment directly with me. I use a Card Service called Lopay to take card payments. Alternatively you may wish to pay by cash or internet banking.

I offer female only services:
“For safety, privacy, and comfort, my treatments are currently offered to female clients only. I provide a private, home based environment for holistic beauty and wellness services and reserve the right to choose who i invite into my private home space. Therefore to ensure client comfort and my practitioner safety, I operate a female-only treatment space. ”

Your contact details - including email address and/or telephone number and any additional information that you share while booking will be saved and stored by Wix.com. Contact information shared directly with me in-person is stored in a metal lockable filing cabinet
To help me support every client in the most efficient way possible I kindly appreciate 24 hours notice of a booking cancellation. I don’t charge for cancellations that do not give timely notice as I understand that there are most often good reasons for cancellations. I do however reserve the right to change my advance booking fee position or introduce a cancellation fee should a client regularly cancel or no-show without giving fair and reasonable notice.
Delivery and Postage
​My Online Web Store offers you the opportunity to buy from a small selection of my favourite products. I may stock additional products at my home studio. You are most welcome to contact me to see if i have a product in stock, if the answer is yes, i can upload it to to my store to enable you to purchase it. I offer Free postage on orders over £50. Orders below this value I charge a flat postage rate of £4.95 to cover minimal costs. If the order is placed with a delivery address that is local to me I may deliver by hand in the most Eco way.
