with gentle energy balancing techniques to support the regenerative rhythms of your skin and to bring calm and rest to your nervous system

​My treatments flow at a gentle, unhurried pace, with appointments generously spaced for nurturing care of your mind, body and soul

My room is quietly tucked away in our 15th Century Weavers' Cottage and provides the perfect peaceful space to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life
