I practice the simpler traditional Japanese Usui Reiki developed from the teachings of Dr Mikao Usui. My Reiki is gentle, calming and deeply relaxing, using natural energy to stimulate your body’s own healing processes, giving you benefit wherever you need it, on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. You may have experienced similar energy in practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Acupuncture and Qi Gong where the flow of energy is balanced or stimulated via the marma points, meridians or the chakras. The duration of the treatment can be adapted to support you on your self-healing journey:
