You can easily cancel your appointment up to 6 hours before your appointment by clicking the link in your confirmation email. My online system doesn't offer rescheduling. Simply cancel your appointment and rebook your new slot. I do understand that there might be unexpected situations so please don't worry - I'm just really grateful for a quick text message, phone call or email if preferred.
